The 2026 'Dreamscapes & Dragons' Luxe Advent brings you dark, fading, mini-skeins inspired by many a year reading and immersing myself into fantasy novels. So many set in fantastical dreamscapes, and more than few being graced by dragons and other magical creatures!
You can expect a delightful dark variegated fade in this advent, travelling through dark mountain ranges, through starry nights and into woodland glades. With hints of magical sparks featuring in each, speckling or flashing and bringing a touch of whimsy to the overall journey!
With lots of bases to choose from, this advent will certainly bring the magic to this years advent season!
Available in limited numbers, the Dreamscape & Dragon advent will be presented in a bespoke, luxury Yarn Unique box which will contain 24 individually wrapped, 20g hand-dyed mini-skeins (a total of 480g of yarn!). The skeins will be in a surprise range of colours, with each skein following the skein before. You'll also find a small number of themed hidden gifts in there to add to our magical journey!
The Luxe DK Sock base is 85% Extrafine Merino / 15% Nylon and has 225m per 100g.
Pay in instalments? Orders placed before 25th July will have the opportunity to pay in 4 instalments. Simply select the instalment Plan listing for your chosen base and checkout, the remaining 3 (or 5) instalments will be automatically charged to your payment method on the day of the month the original payment was made.
(Please note deposits are non-refundable and full payment is required before the advent will be shipped. A small price discount is applied to instalment payments to offset the difference in postage fees paying by instalment attracts.)
All advents will be shipped early November to arrive in time for 1st December 2024. Please note, tracked delivery methods are recommended during seasonal periods as delays are common.
ARE YOU AN EU CUSTOMER? We cannot charge VAT on sales over the value of £135 and so full payment orders will be subject to fees and charges on arrival as per your own country's rates. If you opt for installment payments then VAT will be charged at the point of sale in checkout and your shipment will be sent under IOSS arrangements.
ARE YOU AN USA CUSTOMER? Tariffs are currently charged on yarn items and will be collected at the point of purchase to allow Yarn Unique to ship your advent 'Duties Paid' and prevent you receiving further charges on import. The situation may change between now and the shipping date, and this brings some uncertainty. Please be advised that all Advent Tariffs collected will be ringfenced until shipping, and should any customer overpay Tariffs over the course of the year this will be refunded by Yarn Unique to the paying customer.
(Please note, if Tariffs are increased, leaving a surplus to pay, Yarn Unique reserves the right to request the balance via invoice prior to shipping as in 2025)
