Shipping your yarn:

Yarn and gifts are available as either a ready to ship option or as a dyed to order listing, each product description will let you know which you are ordering and if there are non-standard processing times  associated with you order.

As standard all ready-to-ship items are processed and dispatched in 1-3 business days.

All dyed-to-order items are processed and dispatched in 7-10 business days.

If your order is required more quickly or you have any questions about processing times for any items listed please do get in touch.

Delivery information:

Our preferred shipping provider is Royal Mail.

Standard delivery class is 2nd Class or International Standard.

​

In the basket there is an option to upgrade the delivery type to a tracked method.  We recommend that tracked shipping is selected.
